Harmonic is hiring a Solutions Engineer for new graduates to assist in scoping technical requirements and designing solutions for customers. You'll work closely with various teams to integrate Harmonic into tech stacks and build prototypes. You are a recent graduate from the Class of 2026, eager to kickstart your career in technology and solutions engineering. You have a strong interest in understanding customer needs and translating them into technical solutions. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart. You thrive in collaborative environments and are excited about working with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements.
What you'll do
As a Solutions Engineer at Harmonic, you will work closely with Account Executives and Account Managers to scope technical requirements and design tailored solutions for our customers. You will help customers integrate Harmonic into their existing tech stacks, which may include CRMs, data warehouses, and automation platforms. Your role will involve building proof-of-concepts, custom workflows, and prototypes to address specific customer challenges. You will also partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable product enhancements.
