Who you are
You are a seasoned sales professional with a track record of success in driving revenue growth. With at least 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, you have a deep understanding of the employee benefits landscape and the ability to build strong relationships with brokers and clients. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable with travel, as this role requires up to 50% travel within Florida. Your energy and initiative are key to formulating and executing strategies that maximize sales growth in your assigned region.
Desirable
Experience in the healthcare or employee benefits industry is a plus, as is familiarity with technology platforms that simplify benefits experiences. You are a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends and adapt your approach to meet the evolving needs of clients. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate the value of HealthJoyโs offerings effectively, and you are passionate about making a positive impact in the healthcare space.
What you'll do
As the Regional Vice President, you will be responsible for building and managing a sales territory focused on the Mid Market segment, which includes companies with 100 to 3,000 employees. You will drive the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring that you meet or exceed your sales quota. Collaborating closely with the employee benefits broker community, you will develop and implement strategies that resonate with their clients, helping them understand the value of HealthJoyโs innovative technology platform.
You will also work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns, ensuring that messaging is consistent and impactful. Regularly analyzing sales data and market trends will be essential to refine your approach and identify new opportunities for growth. You will lead by example, mentoring and supporting your sales team to achieve their individual and collective goals.
