Who you are
You have a proven track record in leading B2B growth initiatives, with experience in channel transformation and strategic partnerships. Your ability to operate at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and Finance allows you to elevate B2B into a primary growth lever for the organization. You thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about driving tech-led scaling and revenue growth. You understand the importance of building a sophisticated, tech-enabled ecosystem and are ready to architect a long-term strategy for the B2B channel. You are a strong communicator and collaborator, capable of securing and managing global strategic partner contracts to unlock high-volume indirect sales channels.
What you'll do
As the Associate Director Global B2B, you will lead the transformation of the direct-to-corporate sales channel, supporting initiatives such as gift-with-purchase and employee benefits. You will drive the expansion of global strategic partnerships, ensuring that HelloFresh's B2B offerings are competitive and aligned with market demands. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a proactive, omnichannel B2B strategy that aligns with the company's 2026 Group strategy. You will be responsible for scaling the B2B Gift Card and Corporate Sales functions into a high-margin strategic pillar, making a significant impact on the company's overall growth trajectory.
