You understand the intricacies of the Order-to-Cash cycle and have experience in billing and collections processes β you are adept at identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that drive results. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess team performance metrics and make data-driven decisions that enhance operational workflows. You are committed to continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to innovate and streamline processes.
What you'll do
As the Client Operations Manager at Malt, you will lead a dedicated team of 7 professionals focused on the Order-to-Cash cycle β your primary mission will be to drive team performance and optimize billing and collection processes. You will provide daily operational support to your team, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to succeed. In collaboration with other departments, you will contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at improving cross-functional workflows that support Malt's growth.
You will be responsible for setting clear performance expectations and fostering a culture of accountability within your team β regular performance reviews and feedback sessions will be part of your approach to developing your team's skills and capabilities. You will also play a key role in identifying training needs and facilitating professional development opportunities for your team members.
Your role will involve close collaboration with finance, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless operations and a high level of client satisfaction β you will act as a liaison between departments, facilitating communication and ensuring that operational processes align with business objectives. You will analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
