You understand the importance of customer feedback in driving quality initiatives and are skilled at translating this feedback into actionable improvements.

What you'll do

As the Lead Quality Manager, you will serve as the single point of accountability for all quality-related activities across the Auto DC sites. You will act as the QC Pillar Lead for the Auto Cluster, driving initiatives to achieve a Perfect Order Rate (POR) target of over 96.6%. This involves collaborating closely with operations partners at each site to teach quality control methodologies and ensure operational ownership of results. You will lead the daily use of structured, data-driven methodologies to identify and eliminate the root causes of failures, ensuring that quality standards are upheld throughout the value chain.

You will partner cross-functionally with teams such as FSQA, Delivery/Logistics, and SCO to ensure that quality initiatives are integrated into all aspects of operations. Your role will involve analyzing data to track performance metrics and identify trends, allowing you to proactively address potential quality issues before they escalate. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to embrace quality as a core value in their daily work.
