What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for growing a book of business by helping small businesses succeed. You will develop a consultative sales approach that allows you to build long-term client relationships across a wide variety of industries. Your day-to-day activities will involve engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that drive their success.

You will receive comprehensive training to become a digital marketing expert, equipping you with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively communicate the value of Hibu's services. You will work closely with your local team, celebrating wins and collaborating to achieve shared goals. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets, and you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses based on your performance.

What we offer

Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the potential to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with total on-target earnings in your first year around $90,000 and in your second year ranging from $104,000 to $122,000.
