What you'll do
At Hibu, you will start your journey with three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of hands-on field coaching. You will learn everything you need to succeed in digital sales, from understanding client needs to presenting solutions effectively. Your role will involve engaging with clients, building relationships, and driving sales through a consultative approach.
You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary along with uncapped commissions, with year one on-target earnings projected between $90,000 and $100,000. As you progress in your role, you will have the potential to advance into leadership or advanced sales positions, reflecting your growth and success within the company.
