What you'll do

As an Entry Level Outside Sales Representative, you will engage with clients in the field, utilizing your training to effectively sell Hibu's digital solutions. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition and building relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they receive the best possible service. You will work closely with your team to develop strategies that enhance sales performance and contribute to the overall success of the company.

You will enjoy a mix of remote work and in-field client visits, providing you with autonomy and variety in your daily tasks. Your role will involve learning about Hibu's products and services, understanding market trends, and applying this knowledge to your sales approach. You will also have the opportunity to participate in team meetings and collaborate with peers to share insights and strategies.

What we offer

Hibu provides a base salary of $43,000 with the potential to earn uncapped commissions, leading to on-target earnings of $90,000 to $100,000 in your first year.
