What you'll do
At Hibu, you will start your journey with three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of hands-on field coaching. You will learn everything you need to succeed in digital sales, equipping you with the skills to connect with clients effectively. You will engage with clients in the field, applying your training to real-world scenarios and building relationships that drive sales success.
You will be part of a community-focused company that values collaboration and recognition. Your role will involve working closely with peers and leaders who are dedicated to your success. You will have the autonomy to manage your schedule with a mix of remote work and in-field client visits, providing variety in your day-to-day activities.
