What you'll do

As an Entry Level Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will embark on a comprehensive training program that includes three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of hands-on field coaching. You will learn everything you need to succeed in digital sales, from understanding client needs to presenting solutions that drive results. Your role will involve engaging with clients, building relationships, and helping them navigate their digital marketing needs.

You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary along with uncapped commissions, with Year 1 on-target earnings projected between $85,000 and $95,000, and Year 2 on-target earnings between $95,000 and $115,000.
