What you'll do

As a Sales Development Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and activation. You will leverage your training to understand customer needs and present Hibu's digital marketing offerings effectively. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their challenges, and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs. You will also participate in ongoing training and support to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.

You will have the opportunity to earn significant commissions and bonuses based on your performance, with year one total on-target earnings around $100,000-$120,000 and year two earnings ranging from $132,000-$152,000. You will be part of a team that values recognition and incentives, including an annual President’s Club Trip for top performers. Your contributions will help Hibu maintain its reputation as a leader in the digital marketing space, partnering with major platforms like Google and Amazon.
