You value comprehensive training and support, as Hibu offers 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of field training while on the job. You are excited about the prospect of working in a hybrid sales environment, balancing home office and in-field work. You are community-focused and appreciate a company that prioritizes work-life balance and flexibility.
What you'll do
As a Sales Development Representative at Hibu, you will drive user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Amazon. Your role will involve building relationships and understanding client needs to tailor solutions that meet their goals. You will also participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.
You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary of $51,000, with total on-target earnings in your first year ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, and even higher in subsequent years through uncapped commissions and bonuses. You will be recognized for your achievements and have the chance to participate in incentives such as the annual Presidentβs Club Trip.
