What you'll do
As a Sales Development Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and activation. You will leverage your training to understand the best practices in sales and apply them effectively. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting Hibu's digital marketing offerings.
You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training while on the job. You will receive ongoing support from the company to ensure your success. Your responsibilities will include meeting sales targets, collaborating with team members, and contributing to a positive team environment.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $51,000 with the potential for total on-target earnings around $100,000-$120,000 in your first year, and even higher in subsequent years through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage. Hibu is committed to providing a supportive work environment that fosters growth and development, ensuring you have the tools you need to succeed in your sales career.
