What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with potential clients. You will leverage Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook to provide tailored solutions to customers. You will participate in extensive training programs, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, to ensure you are well-equipped to succeed in your sales efforts.
You will have the opportunity to earn significant commissions based on your performance, with total on-target earnings projected to reach around $100,000-$120,000 in your first year and potentially higher in subsequent years. You will work closely with a supportive team that encourages collaboration and professional development, allowing you to advance your career in both leadership and sales.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $51,000, along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement.
