What you'll do
As a Sales Development Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and activation. You will leverage best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. Your role will involve conducting outreach, building relationships, and closing sales to meet your targets. You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, to ensure you are well-equipped to succeed.
You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary of $51,000, with total on-target earnings in your first year expected to be around $100,000-$120,000, and even higher in subsequent years through uncapped commissions and bonuses. You will be supported by ongoing companywide resources and training to help you excel in your role and achieve your career goals.
