What you'll do
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Hightouch, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product offering. You will be responsible for driving enterprise sales in the Mountain West Region, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies that resonate with potential clients, ensuring that our offerings align with their needs. Your ability to understand client pain points and articulate how Hightouch can address them will be crucial to your success.
You will leverage your sales expertise to create tailored presentations and proposals that highlight the unique value of our AI-driven marketing solutions. Your goal will be to not only meet but exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the growth and success of Hightouch.
You will engage with clients throughout the sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience that fosters trust and satisfaction. Your role will also involve gathering feedback from clients to inform product development and enhance our offerings.
What we offer
Hightouch provides a competitive compensation package, including an on-target earnings potential of $300,000 annually, with a base salary of $150,000. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, along with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
