Sendbird is hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive enterprise-level sales and enhance customer experiences through their omnichannel AI agent platform. You'll be responsible for developing leads and closing deals while working remotely across the United States.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are skilled at building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Your tenacity and resourcefulness set you apart, and you are comfortable navigating complex sales processes within top-tier companies.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You are adept at managing multiple threads of conversation and can maintain a high level of customer-focused readiness. Your ability to self-source leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline is crucial to your success in this role.

What you'll do

As a Senior Account Executive at Sendbird, you will be responsible for closing enterprise-level customers in a high-intensity environment. You will focus on an outbound, self-sourced approach to develop and nurture a 3-5x qualified sales pipeline. Your role will involve initiating autonomous support and sales conversations, ensuring that you keep humans in the loop for complex inquiries. You will work closely with customers to transform their imagination and help them incorporate messaging as part of their user experience.

You will be expected to maintain extremely high levels of customer engagement and readiness, navigating multi-threaded conversations to build strong relationships. Your contributions will help grow the company in a multifaceted environment, and you will play a key role in driving the mission of building the AI workforce of tomorrow.
