What you'll do
As a Senior Account Executive at Hightouch, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives in the Southeast Region. You will engage with potential clients, showcasing how Hightouch's AI platform can transform their marketing workflows and drive growth. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that leverage Hightouch's innovative technology. You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy, contributing to the overall success of the company.
What we offer
Hightouch offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $300,000 OTE with a 50/50 split. You will also receive meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, along with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window. Our remote-first policy allows for flexibility in your work environment, and you will be part of a compassionate and driven team focused on making a meaningful impact for our customers.
