Who you are
You have a strong background in engineering, particularly in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors, with experience in aseptic compounding processes. Your understanding of regulatory requirements, including USP <797> and FDA guidelines, ensures that you maintain high standards of compliance and quality in your work. You are detail-oriented and committed to continuous improvement, always looking for ways to enhance process robustness and operational efficiency.
You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating effectively with teams from Operations, Quality, Validation, Microbiology, and Maintenance. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly helps bridge gaps between different departments, ensuring that everyone is aligned on project goals and timelines. You are proactive in identifying potential issues and implementing solutions before they escalate.
What you'll do
As an Aseptic Compounding Process Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, qualification, validation, optimization, and lifecycle support of aseptic compounding processes and equipment. You will ensure that all processes comply with relevant regulations and internal quality standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sterility assurance and operational efficiency. Your role will involve working closely with various teams to support routine manufacturing, new product introductions, and technology transfers, ensuring that all projects are executed smoothly and efficiently.
You will also play a key role in training and mentoring junior engineers and staff, sharing your expertise and best practices to foster a culture of quality and compliance within the organization. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of healthcare products delivered to customers, making a meaningful difference in their health and wellness journeys.
