What you'll do

As a Fulfillment Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Area Manager by overseeing daily operations within the pharmacy. You will supervise and assist a team of associates, ensuring that they meet or exceed productivity goals. Your responsibilities will include organizing tasks, motivating team members, and providing training to new associates.
