What you'll do

As the Director of High Volume Recruiting, you will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and lead a team responsible for high-volume hiring across multiple sites in Ohio, Arizona, California, and any future locations. You will define and implement the recruitment strategy for pharmacy and fulfillment center positions, ensuring that it aligns with the company's operational needs and business objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to understand their hiring needs and developing tailored recruitment plans to meet those needs.

You will oversee the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring that it is efficient and effective. This includes developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. You will also be responsible for analyzing recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of your strategies and making data-driven decisions to improve the hiring process. Additionally, you will mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in recruitment practices.
