Who you are
As an Account Executive - Lender Sales, you are a driven individual with a passion for real estate technology. You excel in building relationships and have a knack for influencing others, particularly Loan Officers, to adopt innovative lending strategies. Your experience in sales equips you with the skills to manage a high-volume portfolio effectively, ensuring that you meet and exceed revenue goals. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable making 30+ outbound calls daily to engage with your assigned Loan Officers. Your ability to prioritize warm relationships and expand your network is key to your success in this role.
You understand the importance of strategic growth and are adept at pipeline management. Your communication skills allow you to educate and convert Loan Officers into advocates for HomeLight’s programs. You are committed to the company’s vision of simplifying real estate transactions and are eager to contribute to a team that breaks barriers in the industry.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and grow a high-volume portfolio of loan officers, driving applications and contracts to meet your revenue goals. You will execute disciplined daily activities, including making 30+ outbound calls and scheduling 4+ meetings per day, whether via phone or Zoom. Your focus will be on nurturing warm relationships first, leveraging past partnerships and event attendees, before expanding your outreach to new Loan Officers. You will be responsible for educating Loan Officers about the Buy Before You Sell program, influencing their lending strategies, and ensuring they become consistent advocates for HomeLight.
You will collaborate closely with your team to develop strategies that enhance the adoption of HomeLight’s offerings. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and feedback from Loan Officers to refine your approach and improve engagement. You will also participate in team meetings to share insights and best practices, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and success.
