What you'll do
As the Manager of Enterprise Sales at Jamf, you will provide leadership to part of the Field Sales team, guiding and developing individual contributors to support the growth of annual recurring revenue (ARR). You will work closely with Account Executives to ensure a high standard of professional customer experience, maximizing success when positioning additional products to customers. Your role will involve creating and maintaining a high-performing culture among your team, motivating them to achieve their targets in creative and effective ways.
You will be responsible for setting clear objectives for your team and ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed. Regularly reviewing performance metrics and providing constructive feedback will be key to your leadership approach. You will also collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall company goals, ensuring a cohesive approach to customer engagement and satisfaction.
