You have 2-5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role — you've honed your skills in prospecting and lead qualification, and you're eager to grow into a sales career. Your strong written and verbal communication skills enable you to effectively engage with potential clients and partners. You're highly organized and curious, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
What you'll do
As a Founding Sales Development Representative at Hopper, you'll own outbound prospecting efforts across travel and adjacent advertiser verticals. You'll research and identify high-potential advertiser accounts and key decision-makers, executing multi-channel outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, and conferences to generate qualified meetings. You'll qualify inbound leads and route opportunities appropriately, partnering closely with Account Executives to align on target accounts and messaging. Additionally, you'll maintain accurate activity tracking, lead status, and pipeline data in CRM, helping to build SDR playbooks and outreach templates while providing feedback to leadership on market response and demand signals.
