Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in an outbound selling environment, and you thrive on helping small and mid-sized businesses grow. Your ability to quickly identify challenges faced by prospective customers allows you to recommend the best inbound marketing solutions tailored to their needs. You are comfortable nurturing relationships with highly qualified opportunities and have experience consistently closing new business at or above quota levels. Collaboration is key for you, as you work closely with Business Development Representatives and other internal stakeholders to evolve sales strategies and adapt to new features and products. You are adaptable and can work from your home office, embracing the flexibility of office, hybrid, or remote work arrangements.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, utilizing your outbound selling strategies to generate new business opportunities. You will conduct online demos of HubSpot software, effectively communicating its value proposition to prospective customers. Your target clients will primarily consist of small and mid-sized businesses, and you will work diligently to build and nurture relationships with them. You will collaborate with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to refine sales strategies and ensure alignment with new product features. Your success will be measured by your ability to close new business consistently and exceed sales quotas. You will also play a vital role in shaping the future of HubSpot's mission by contributing your insights and experiences from the field.
