Notion is hiring an Account Executive to join their GTM Sales Team in Dublin. You'll be responsible for building pipeline, generating revenue, and expanding strategic customer relationships. This role requires a motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Who you are

You are a motivated Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building relationships. You thrive in a collaborative environment and understand the importance of in-person interactions to foster team culture. You have a knack for educating potential clients about how Notion can enhance their team's collaboration and productivity. You are comfortable holding face-to-face and virtual meetings, and you excel at understanding business challenges and goals. You are eager to contribute to defining and iterating on sales motions and providing valuable customer feedback to shape the product roadmap.

What you'll do

In this role, you will prospect and develop new potential accounts, educating contacts on how Notion can increase their team's collaboration, transparency, and productivity. You will hold face-to-face and Zoom meetings with prospective customers to understand their business challenges and goals. Running product demos will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you aim to close business at or above quota levels. You will also help build playbooks and define our sales motion, ensuring that our approach is effective and aligned with customer needs. Additionally, you will liaise with our incredible EMEA user base to provide world-class support and gather insights that will inform our sales strategies.
