Overview
Intercom is hiring an Account Executive to drive new business growth with high-potential SMB customers. You'll manage the full sales cycle and work closely with the EMEA SMB Business sales team. This role is based in Dublin, Ireland.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in the technology or SaaS industry. You excel at building relationships and have a knack for understanding customer needs. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively convey value propositions and negotiate deals. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving targets and driving growth. You are comfortable using CRM tools and have a data-driven approach to sales. You understand the importance of collaboration and work well within a team to achieve common goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals with SMB customers across the EMEA region. You will conduct discovery calls, deliver value-based demos, and negotiate contracts to secure new business. Your focus will be on generating and progressing a healthy pipeline through a mix of inbound qualification and targeted outreach. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will also be responsible for tracking your sales activities and reporting on your progress to management.
