Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the small business sector, where you've successfully closed deals and built lasting relationships with clients. Your experience includes running full sales cycles and engaging with C-level executives, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex sales processes with ease.
You possess a strong understanding of digital transformation and change management, allowing you to act as a trusted advisor to your clients. Your proactive approach to selling, combined with your ability to leverage inbound strategies, has consistently led to exceeding sales quotas and driving customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive at HubSpot, you will be responsible for running a full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. You will identify and qualify new business opportunities, utilizing both inbound leads and self-sourced prospects. Your role will involve conducting qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders, ensuring that you understand their needs and can tailor your approach accordingly.
You will also run online product demonstrations, showcasing the capabilities of the HubSpot platform to potential clients. Collaborating with internal champions and multiple stakeholders, you will work to sell directly to C-level executives, ensuring that you effectively communicate the value of HubSpot's offerings.
In addition to closing new business, you will focus on increasing customer usage of the HubSpot platform over time. This will involve working closely with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to evolve sales strategies as new features and products are introduced.
