This role requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and expertise in HubSpot's software.
Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in partner acquisition and a strong understanding of consultative selling — you've successfully identified and recruited partners in previous roles, demonstrating your ability to build relationships and drive business growth. Your knowledge of HubSpot's software and the loop marketing methodology allows you to effectively communicate the value of the Partner Program to prospective partners.
You are skilled at using CRM and AI prospecting tools to create a quality pipeline of potential partners — you understand how to dissect a partner's business goals and identify pain points that can be addressed through collaboration with HubSpot. Your ability to present complex information in an accessible manner makes you an effective communicator.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with internal stakeholders — your experience in sales and partnerships has equipped you with the skills to support the acquisition process alongside regional sales leads and partner leaders. You are proactive in bringing your ideas and strategies to advance the company's values and objectives.
Desirable
Experience in the DACH region is a plus, as is fluency in German — you understand the nuances of the market and can tailor your approach to meet the needs of potential partners. Familiarity with AI tools and their application in sales processes will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and closing partnerships that align with HubSpot's Solutions Partner Program — you will balance contacting warm inbound leads with proactive outreach to build your own pipeline. Your consultative selling skills will be crucial as you guide prospective partners through the sales process, helping them understand how HubSpot can improve their client acquisition and retention rates.
You will utilize HubSpot’s CRM and AI prospecting tools to create a robust pipeline of potential partners — your ability to analyze business goals and identify pain points will enable you to present tailored solutions that drive growth for both HubSpot and its partners. You will become an expert in the loop marketing methodology and how it can be leveraged to enhance partner success.
Collaboration will be key in this role — you will work closely with the Head of Acquisition & Growth, regional sales leads, and DACH partner leaders to ensure a seamless acquisition process. Your insights and strategies will contribute to advancing HubSpot's mission and values.
