Who you are

You are an entry-level professional eager to start your career in sales, with a strong interest in developing your skills in customer engagement and product knowledge. You possess excellent communication skills in both German and English, allowing you to effectively manage a high volume of inbound queries. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the opportunity to help customers find solutions that meet their needs. You thrive on collaboration and are excited about the prospect of working closely with a team to improve processes and outcomes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a high volume of product and sales-related queries from inbound channels, handling around 40 inquiries per day. You will identify the best next steps or resources to assist customers and users, ensuring they receive the support they need. Conducting consultative pre-qualification of prospects will be a key part of your day, as you engage with potential customers via phone and live chat, typically handling 8-10 interactions daily. You will also schedule discovery calls for an assigned Account Executive, aiming for 3-5 bookings per day. Your responsibilities will include closing deals with small companies for starter and add-on products, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
