Job Description
Who you are
You are an entry-level professional eager to start your career in sales, with a strong interest in developing your skills in a fast-paced environment. You possess excellent communication skills in both German and English, allowing you to effectively engage with a diverse range of customers. You are comfortable managing a high volume of inquiries and have a knack for identifying sales opportunities through consultative conversations. Your ability to understand customer pain points and guide them towards suitable solutions is a key strength. You thrive in collaborative settings and are excited about the potential for growth within the sales organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage a high volume of product and sales-related queries from inbound channels, handling around 40 inquiries per day. You will conduct consultative pre-qualification of prospects via phone and live chat, identifying their needs and providing the best next steps or resources to assist them. Your responsibilities will include scheduling discovery calls for an assigned Account Executive, with a target of 3-5 bookings per day. You will also work closely with the ISC team to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. As you identify potential prospects, you will guide them on product use and demonstrate how HubSpot can meet their needs, ultimately contributing to closing deals with small companies for starter and add-on products.
