You are an aspiring Business Development Representative with a strong desire to thrive in tech sales. You have experience in sales or prospecting, ideally in a high-growth environment, and you understand the importance of strategic outreach to engage potential clients. You are comfortable using various communication channels, including calls, emails, and social media, to connect with prospects and understand their business challenges. You are eager to learn and grow in your role, collaborating closely with Account Executives to develop effective prospecting strategies.
Desirable
Experience in a scale-up environment is a plus, as it equips you with the skills to navigate a fast-paced sales landscape. Familiarity with sales methodologies, such as BANT, will help you qualify leads effectively and communicate the value of HubSpot's solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will conduct high-volume prospecting to identify and engage qualified leads, focusing on new users and potential customers. You will work closely with Account Executives to develop and implement tailored prospecting strategies that align with HubSpot's goals. Scheduling online product demonstrations for qualified leads will be a key responsibility, ensuring you meet your monthly targets. You will leverage HubSpot's existing leads while also generating new interest through innovative outreach methods. Understanding customer needs and challenges will be crucial, as you will use this information to determine how HubSpot can provide solutions. You will also carry out market research to broaden HubSpot's customer base, identifying new opportunities for growth.
