Who you are
You are a motivated early career sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to join Notion's EMEA Sales Development team. You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and are ready to help define the inbound sales motion while shaping the future of the product. Your strong cross-functional collaboration skills will enable you to work effectively with marketing and other teams to drive business revenue. You are fluent in English and possess an additional language, which will help you connect with diverse clients across the region.
You have a winning attitude and a strategic mindset, allowing you to manage sales processes effectively. As an SDR, you will be instrumental in qualifying inbound leads and converting them into opportunities. You are excited about the opportunity to help build pipeline and support the Account Executive team, contributing to the growth of Notion's presence in the EMEA region.
What you'll do
In this role, you will master Notion's platform and competitive landscape, enabling you to create and execute strategic inbound campaigns. You will collaborate with marketing on regional campaign initiatives, implementing proven sales methodologies to qualify opportunities. Maintaining detailed and accurate records in the CRM will be essential to your success, as will helping to build playbooks and define the sales motion. You will hold ownership over pipeline generation tactics and strategic approaches, ensuring that you contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
