What you'll do

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will work directly with HubSpot customers through phone, chat, and web to resolve product-related queries. You will strive to deliver a human and helpful support experience, partnering with customers to help them grow their businesses. Your role will involve applying troubleshooting frameworks to test and recreate technical issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
