You have extensive experience in contract management, particularly in leading complex negotiations and renewals for strategic accounts. Your ability to partner with customers to understand their goals and challenges allows you to align contracts with business value effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Legal teams to ensure smooth execution of renewals. Your leadership skills shine as you mentor and support other Contract Managers, sharing best practices and contributing to process improvements.
You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to maintain accurate renewal forecasts and lead pipeline reviews. Your focus on delivering best-in-class service to enterprise customers ensures that you balance customer advocacy with commercial outcomes. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for process enhancements that can scale impact across Contract Management and Customer Success.
What you'll do
As a Lead Contract Manager, you will own and lead complex renewal and contract negotiations for HubSpot's strategic and upmarket customers. Your role will involve ensuring clarity, accuracy, and positive outcomes in all contract discussions. You will partner with Strategic Account customers to align contracts with their business goals, challenges, and investment priorities. Collaborating with Sales, Customer Success Managers, Legal, and senior stakeholders will be crucial to executing renewals smoothly and resolving any complexities that arise.
You will maintain accurate renewal forecasts and lead pipeline reviews to improve predictability and consistency in contract management. Delivering exceptional service to enterprise customers, you will advocate for their needs while ensuring favorable commercial outcomes. Mentoring and supporting other Contract Managers will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you share your expertise and best practices to elevate the team's performance.
In addition, you will contribute to the strategic evolution of how HubSpot serves its most complex customers, participating in the development of process improvements, playbooks, and pilots that can scale impact across the organization. Your leadership will help shape the future of contract management at HubSpot, ensuring that the team is well-equipped to handle the challenges of a dynamic customer landscape.
