Overview

NICE is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their DACH Sales team. You'll be responsible for acquiring new enterprise clients and managing the full sales cycle. This role requires experience in enterprise sales and a consultative approach to client engagement.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with experience in the DACH region β€” you've successfully acquired new clients and built strong relationships with senior executives. Your consultative approach allows you to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that drive value. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with business development representatives and cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.

You are skilled in managing a sales pipeline and executing territory plans β€” your self-directed prospecting efforts have led to successful account planning and targeted outreach. You understand the importance of mapping value and developing effective business cases to engage potential clients. Your ability to negotiate contracts and close deals is complemented by your strong communication skills, enabling you to present compelling demos and responses to RFPs.

Desirable

Experience in the technology sector or digital transformation initiatives would be a plus β€” you are familiar with the challenges and opportunities that enterprises face in adopting new technologies. A background in working with various stakeholders, including marketing and product teams, enhances your ability to represent the company effectively at trade fairs and industry events.

What you'll do

As a Senior Account Executive at NICE, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the DACH region. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new enterprise clients across various industries, leveraging your expertise to understand their unique needs and objectives. You will build and maintain an effective sales pipeline through self-directed prospecting and collaboration with internal resources.

You will run full sales cycles, from account planning and targeted prospecting to discovery, qualification, contract negotiation, and closing. Your consultative, value-centric approach will enable you to engage with senior executives, helping them to map value and develop business cases that drive digital transformation conversations. You will coordinate responses to RFPs and RFIs, ensuring that our proposals align with client expectations and industry standards.

In addition to direct sales activities, you will collaborate closely with various team members, including business development representatives, presales support, marketing, product, finance, and leadership. Your role will also involve representing NICE at trade fairs and events, showcasing our solutions and engaging with potential clients.
