Who you are

You have a proven track record in partner development and management, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role. You excel at building high-performing teams and have a knack for coaching and developing talent. Your analytical skills allow you to interpret performance data and identify trends that drive success.

You are a strategic thinker who can design and execute scalable partner go-to-market plays. Your experience in cross-functional collaboration means you can effectively work with various teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to achieve common goals. You understand the importance of partner experience and are committed to enhancing it through effective leadership.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and scale a team of Partner Development Managers, ensuring they meet partner revenue and retention goals. You will be accountable for team performance and will implement effective operating rhythms, including regular 1:1s and deal coaching sessions. Your responsibilities will also include designing repeatable processes and enablement materials that drive consistent execution across partners.

You will analyze performance data to diagnose gaps and coach your team on behavior changes that improve partner-led conversion and sales effectiveness. Additionally, you will support executive-level partner engagement and lead internal escalations through resolution. Your leadership will have a significant impact on HubSpot’s go-to-market execution and partner experience across North America.
