Who you are

You have at least 2 years of work experience in a sales role, preferably at a startup — you understand the nuances of selling in a fast-paced environment and have a demonstrated track record of exceeding your quota. You love closing deals and helping businesses by delivering a product that has concrete value — your solutions-oriented mindset allows you to recognize objections and help your customers see the value in our product regardless of their knowledge of our industry. Your extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Desirable

Experience in the fintech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with retirement benefits and financial products. You are comfortable using various sales tech tools and have a knack for learning new platforms quickly. A background in full-cycle sales, from prospecting to closing, will set you up for success in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work full cycle deals from demo completion to close — this means you will be responsible for researching and targeting companies using prospecting tools to build and manage a robust sales pipeline. You will learn and demonstrate our platform to new prospective customers, showcasing how our solutions can meet their needs. Negotiating contracts will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that both parties find common ground and satisfaction in the agreements made. You will record and document all sales activities in Salesforce.com, maintaining accurate records of your interactions and progress. Successfully utilizing all sales tech tools will be essential to streamline your workflow and enhance your productivity.
