Who you are
You have at least 2 years of work experience in a sales role, preferably at a startup — you've demonstrated a track record of exceeding your quota and enjoy closing deals that provide real value to businesses. You're solutions-oriented — you recognize objections and help customers see the value in our product regardless of their knowledge of the retirement industry. Your extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills allow you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work full cycle deals from demo completion to close, ensuring that you effectively manage your pipeline and drive sales growth. You'll research and target companies using prospecting tools, learning and demonstrating our platform to new prospective customers. Negotiating contracts will be a key part of your responsibilities, as well as recording and documenting all sales activities in Salesforce.com. You will successfully utilize all sales tech tools to enhance your productivity and effectiveness in closing deals.
