Who you are

You have a strong background in sales engineering, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a technical sales role. You understand the cybersecurity landscape and are passionate about helping partners succeed. Your consultative approach allows you to build strong relationships with national resellers and distributors, enabling them to effectively position and deliver the Huntress platform. You are a collaborative team player who thrives in a remote work environment and can communicate complex technical concepts clearly. You are motivated by the mission to break down barriers to cybersecurity and are eager to contribute to a team that values ethical practices.

Desirable

Experience in cybersecurity or related fields is a plus. Familiarity with training program development and technical enablement strategies will set you apart. You have a knack for creating standardized demos and technical assets that resonate with partners. A background in working with large national resellers or distributors will be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

As a Channel Sales Engineer at Huntress, you will report to the Director of Sales Engineering and play a critical role in enabling our partners. Your primary focus will be on scaling technical enablement across broad partner teams. You will build training programs that empower partners to independently position and deliver the Huntress platform. This consultative role requires you to work closely with partners to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their capabilities.

You will develop standardized demos and repeatable technical assets that help partners effectively communicate the value of our cybersecurity solutions. Your expertise will guide partners in navigating technical challenges and positioning our products in a competitive landscape. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that our offerings align with market demands and partner expectations.

In addition to training and enablement, you will be responsible for gathering feedback from partners to continuously improve our technical resources. Your insights will help shape the future of our partner programs and contribute to the overall success of Huntress in the cybersecurity market. You will be a key player in fostering a collaborative environment where partners feel supported and equipped to succeed.

Huntress offers a fully remote work environment, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States. We provide a competitive compensation package, including an OTE of $205,000 to $215,000, along with equity options.
