You have a proven track record in media partnerships and business development, ideally with 5+ years of experience in the media landscape in China. You possess a strong network of clients across various categories and have successfully managed brand partnerships that drive revenue. Your understanding of media advertising is complemented by a keen eye for creative excellence, allowing you to identify and fulfill client needs effectively. You are passionate about youth culture and have a deep appreciation for contemporary lifestyle trends, which aligns with HYPEBEAST's mission. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners. Your experience in the production process enhances your ability to deliver high-quality media solutions that resonate with clients.

What you'll do

As a Media Partnerships Manager at HYPEBEAST, you will be responsible for driving media business development and generating sales revenues in China. You will report to the Senior Manager of Media Partnerships and hold ultimate accountability for achieving your individual revenue and margin goals. Your role will involve proactively exploring new opportunities across various brand categories, visiting prospects, and securing partnerships that align with HYPEBEAST's offerings. You will leverage your extensive network to build relationships with external brand partners and effectively sell HYPEBEAST's suite of media products and services. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that partnerships are nurtured for long-term success. Your insights into the media landscape will guide strategic decisions and help shape the direction of HYPEBEAST's media initiatives.
