You have a strong background in channel sales, ideally with experience in the technology sector — you've successfully developed and executed partner-led sales strategies that drive significant business growth. Your ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments sets you apart, as you thrive in roles that require collaboration across various teams.
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you can build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and mutual success. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify opportunities for growth and develop actionable plans to capitalize on them.
What you'll do
As a Channel Sales Manager at Postman, you will own and develop a defined territory, focusing on recruiting and enrolling strategic partners. You will work closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive partner-led demand and accelerate enterprise adoption of Postman's API platform.
You will be responsible for developing and executing sales motions that leverage partnerships to expand Postman's footprint within large organizations. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and partner performance to optimize strategies and ensure successful outcomes.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals and initiatives, ensuring that all efforts are coordinated and effective. Your ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners will be crucial in driving success in this role.
