You are an experienced Direct Sales Representative with a proven track record in sales. Bilingual in English and Spanish, you excel in building relationships and understanding customer needs. You have a strong understanding of retail operations and the sales process, enabling you to identify opportunities for growth within your assigned territory. Your proactive approach to account management ensures that existing clients receive the attention they need to thrive, while your skills in prospecting help you to open new accounts successfully.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for selling IDT's products and services to retail stores within your territory. You will actively seek out new business opportunities, opening new accounts and servicing existing ones. Regular visits to retail stores will be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will fulfill orders and address any customer inquiries or concerns, ensuring that all clients receive the highest level of service. Your role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to align on product offerings and promotional strategies that meet the needs of your clients.
