Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly within the cybersecurity sector, and possess a deep understanding of the SLED (State, Local, Education) market. Your experience includes successfully managing large enterprise deals, often exceeding $1M, and you thrive in environments where you can exceed sales goals year after year. You are adaptable and excel in building relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that you can effectively communicate the value of Illumio's solutions to potential clients. You are a strategic thinker who can identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capture them. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you enjoy working with a team of professionals who are equally committed to combating ransomware and breaches.

What you'll do

As a Regional Sales Director - SLED at Illumio, you will be the driving force behind our sales efforts in the SLED market. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure new business opportunities within target accounts, leveraging your expertise to navigate complex sales cycles. You will lead a virtual team, coordinating efforts across various functions to ensure a seamless sales process.
