What you'll do
As an Account Executive at Cyara, you will be responsible for driving sales and customer engagement in the East of the United States. You will work closely with leading brands to understand their needs and demonstrate how Cyara's AI-powered solutions can enhance their customer experience. You will engage in prospecting, lead generation, and nurturing relationships with potential clients. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations and presentations, as well as negotiating contracts and closing deals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients and provide ongoing support to ensure their success with our solutions.
