Job Description

Who you are

You have 2+ years of experience in recruiting, particularly in technical roles, and you understand the nuances of sourcing and engaging top-tier engineering talent. Your proven ability to close candidates showcases your strong communication skills and your commitment to providing an outstanding candidate experience. You are familiar with ATS platforms, specifically Ashby, and have experience with various sourcing tools and employer branding strategies. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a strong understanding of technical roles, stacks, and developer communities.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to closing offers. You will build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent across various functions, including engineering and product. Your responsibilities will include defining hiring strategies and executing them independently, ensuring that every candidate has an amazing experience with Infisical. You will experiment with creative sourcing techniques and branding strategies to attract exceptional talent. Collaborating closely with the founders, you will play a key role in shaping the recruiting processes and strategies to win the talent war.
