What you'll do

As a Solutions Engineer at Infisical, you will play a critical role in helping organizations adopt our security infrastructure solutions. You will run proof-of-concept sessions with leads, guiding customers through onboarding and ensuring they have a positive experience with our products. Your responsibilities will include recommending best practices for specific architectures and use cases, as well as becoming a trusted technical advisor to customer and business leaders.

You will collaborate with account executives to lead demo and discovery calls, addressing customer questions and concerns daily. Your insights will help identify points of friction and potential improvements in customer workflows, contributing to the overall user journey and experience.
