You have a proven track record in advertising sales, ideally with experience in developing partnerships with consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands. You understand the grocery industry and are passionate about leveraging advertising solutions to drive brand growth. Your ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with partners sets you apart. You thrive in a flexible work environment and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to a team that is transforming the grocery industry.
Desirable
Experience in digital advertising or e-commerce is a plus. Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and insights will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable working with analytics tools and can translate data into actionable strategies for partners.
What you'll do
As a Sales Executive II at Instacart, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing partnerships with CPG brands. You will empower these partners to leverage Instacart’s advertising solutions, helping them to accelerate their brand growth both on and off the platform. Your role will involve identifying potential partners, pitching advertising solutions, and managing ongoing relationships to ensure mutual success. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align advertising strategies with partner goals and track the effectiveness of campaigns.

The role includes a Sales Incentive Plan and is eligible for a new hire equity grant, along with annual refresh grants.
