Instawork is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive enterprise partnerships and acquire key accounts. This role requires 5+ years of enterprise sales experience and a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
Job Description
Who you are
You have over 5 years of enterprise sales experience, leading end-to-end sales cycles from initial discovery to contract negotiation. You ensure a seamless transition to onboarding and implementation, demonstrating your ability to manage complex processes effectively. Your proven track record includes closing high-value deals, typically exceeding $200K, over extended sales cycles of 6 to 12 months. You possess deep experience with multi-threaded sales strategies, developing relationships across various departments and leadership levels. Your strong executive presence is complemented by exceptional communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You are passionate about building lasting business relationships and have a strategic mindset that drives your sales approach.
Desirable
While not required, experience in the technology sector or familiarity with AI-powered solutions would be advantageous. A background in working with mid-market and enterprise businesses is also a plus, as it aligns with our mission to create meaningful economic opportunities.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Instawork, you will be responsible for acquiring key enterprise accounts and forming strategic channel partnerships. Your ability to close deals will be critical to our growth, and you will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
