Instawork is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive enterprise partnerships and acquire key accounts. This role requires 5+ years of enterprise sales experience and a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
Job Description
Who you are
You have over 5 years of enterprise sales experience, leading end-to-end sales cycles from initial discovery to contract negotiation. You ensure a seamless transition to onboarding and implementation, demonstrating your ability to manage complex processes effectively. Your proven track record includes closing high-value deals exceeding $200K, showcasing your capability to navigate extended sales cycles that last between 6 to 12 months.
You possess deep experience with multi-threaded sales strategies, allowing you to develop relationships across various departments and leadership levels within organizations. Your strong executive presence is complemented by exceptional communication skills, enabling you to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively to potential clients. You are passionate about building lasting business relationships and have a strategic mindset that drives your approach to sales.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring key enterprise accounts and forming channel partnerships that align with Instawork's mission to create meaningful economic opportunities. You will work closely with mid-market and enterprise businesses to understand their staffing needs, providing tailored solutions that meet their workforce requirements. Your strategic thinking will be crucial as you identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to engage potential clients effectively.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions you propose are not only viable but also align with the company's overall objectives. Your ability to close deals will be paramount, as you will be expected to navigate complex negotiations and secure agreements that benefit both Instawork and its clients. You will also play a key role in onboarding new clients, ensuring they have a smooth transition to using Instawork's services.
